Dear Guests, due to technical changes in the operation of Accor hotels in Russia, we would like to inform you of the details to facilitate the organization of your future visits.
Currently, operations for accruing and redeeming ALL Accor Live Limitless points within the Russian Federation are unavailable for program members*, including the use of Suite Night Upgrade vouchers (vouchers for room category upgrades)** and Dining & Spa vouchers (for use in restaurants and spas).
*except for bookings made with points using non-refundable rates created before the changes to the program.

Accruing and redeeming ALL points will continue to be available for stays outside of Russia.
We highly value the loyalty of our guests and maintain all other privileges upon staying at the hotel in accordance with your status. Additionally, in Russian hotels, participants with Classic status will receive a voucher for a welcome drink; participants with Silver status and above will receive a 10% discount on services at "Gourmet Bar" and "Ibis Kitchen" restaurants.
